Frequently Asked Questions

  • Easy. Visit our Book Now page, choose your type of session, select an available date from our calendar and complete the required booking information and payment. Once everything is complete, you’re officially on the calendar.

    BOOKING LINK

  • Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received and your contract has been signed. Because we accept a limited number of sessions, your retainer secures your reserved appointment and is applied toward your session.

  • Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly transfer your retainer to a new date as long as you reschedule 48hrs before your photo shoot time and we have availability. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you; therefore, all retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel your session or do not provide the required notice, your retainer cannot be applied to a future session, and a new retainer will be required to reserve another appointment.

  • Please plan to arrive on time and camera-ready. Arriving late reduces the amount of shooting time available. A $50 late fee applies for each 30 minutes of lateness. Please do not arrive earlier than 5-10mins before your makeup appointment time.
